The City of Hercules partners with the City of Pinole to provide non-commerical, community access television. The programming and information offered on this channel is public, educational and governmental. Local community meetings, such as City Council and Planning Commission, are televised live and rebroadcast several times throughout the week. A Bulletin Board also plays regularly to let the community know about things that are happening in our area.
Meetings of the City Council and Planning Commission are also web streamed live via the City website. Meeting videos are archived and available for viewing one year after the original broadcast.
