Community and Library Services Commission meetings are held the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Agendas are regularly posted the Friday before each meeting. Copies are also available at City Hall.

The Community and Library Services Commission oversees the City's Heritage Memorial Garden Plaque Program (PDF). The program is designed to specifically recognize Hercules residents or civic leaders and enhance the historical aspect of the garden. The garden is located in front of City Hall and was established in 1993.
